How do I know that my order is confirmed?Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you haven't received the order confirmation in your inbox, you might want to check your spam or trash folder. If you still don't find the email, do not hesitate to write to us at care@thebohemianalley.com
Can I modify my order after placing it?Unfortunately after the order is placed, you cannot add new products to the order but you can always place a new order for the desired products.
How can I track my order?You will receive a mail with shipment details once your order is dispatched. It will include the shipment number/AWB and the name of the courier company. You can track your order at their website.
Can I return my order?No, we do not have a return policy on our products as most of them are made out of waste fabric and hence are exclusive pieces. You can read more about our return policy.
Can I exchange my products?No, we do not have an exchange policy on our products as most of them are made out of waste fabric and hence are exclusive pieces. You can read more about our exchange policy
Can I cancel my order?Unfortunately after the order is placed, you cannot cancel the order. You can read more about our cancellation policy.
I received a broken/ damaged product?Any genuine cases of damage, missing product(s), or wrong delivery of the product(s) shall be taken into consideration on a case to case basis. The customer shall bring the same to our notice within 24 hours from the time of receiving the product(s). All claims for shortages or damages must be emailed to care@thebohemianalley.com within 24 hours of delivery with images or video for the same. If the customer fails to inform us about the same within the stipulated time frame (24 hours from the time of delivery), then their case shall not be considered. Bohemian Alley is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any loss or damage of packages during transit and hence the customer is not liable for a refund on international orders.
Some item(s) is/are missing from my order!Did we miss an item in your order? OOPS! Sorry! Please email us on care@thebohemianalley.com within 24 hours of delivery with images or video for the same along with your order number. We will be happy to resolve this for you. This is my first purchase, what should I try?If this is your first time shopping with us, we recommend you to definitely try our bestselling products : Ribbon Diary, Bamboo Lock Diary, Keychain Diary, Label Maker, Handmade Scented Candles, Patchwork Journals, Mini Katha Journals, Office Sets, DIY Calendars. We’re sure you wouldn’t regret spurling on these!
Will you restock the items that are sold out?Yes, we will be restocking all out of stock items, but the colours, prints and patterns might change according to availability.
Can I get the same print I ordered before?We make products using discarded fabric, hence we have zero control over the prints, colours and patterns for most of our products. Usually a print doesn’t repeat once it is sold out as per our experience. But you can always come and check for unique designs and new prints on our shop.
Do you offer gift wrapping?No, we do not offer gift wrapping. But we do not include the invoice in your order. A digital copy of the invoice shall be sent to you. Hence you can always gift your loved ones anything from our store, we won’t send them the bill along with their gift!
Can you write a personalised message for my order?Unfortunately we do not have an option to add a message presently, we hope to enable it soon.
Do you take a bulk orders?Yes, we do take bulk orders for gifting, parties, corporate orders, wedding favours and more. For more information, reach out to us on care@thebohemianalley.com
Can you customise my order?Yes, we can offer customisation only for bulk orders (for gifting, parties, wedding favours, corporate orders, and more) to a certain level. For more information, reach out to us on care@thebohemianalley.com. Please note that customisation for a single order isn’t possible.
