Refund policy
- We DO NOT OFFER RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for any products purchased from Bohemian Alley.
- Any genuine cases of damage, missing product(s), or wrong delivery of the product(s) shall be taken into consideration on a case-to-case basis along with an unboxing video.
- The customer shall bring the same to our notice within 24 hours from the time of receiving the product(s) along with an unboxing video for the same.
- All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to care@thebohemianalley.com within 24 hours of delivery with images along with the unboxing video for the same.
- If the customer fails to inform us about the same within the stipulated time frame (24 hours from the time of delivery), then their case shall not be considered.
- Please note without the unboxing video, we will not be able to raise any claims for the same.
Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed through www.thebohemianalley.com CAN NOT BE CANCELLED and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed through www.thebohemianalley.com under any circumstances.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once the item you wish to return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly contact your debit or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
