SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We at Bohemian Alley strive to make your orders reach you in time and hassle-free.
You will receive a tracking id by email or SMS from either of our delivery partners with the tracking id and details.
Dispatch Time: within 3-5 working days once the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays)
Delivery Timeline: 7-14 business days depending on the city and state.
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above INR 499/- below which a flat shipping charge of INR 99/- will apply.
We DO NOT offer COD.

Important:
- We try to dispatch parcels as soon as possible, having said that, we are a team of 2 people doing everything, so dispatching can sometimes take time if the load is heavy. Nevertheless, all orders placed shall be dispatched within 3-5 working days once the order has been placed.
- In case there’s a delay of more than 5 working days in dispatching the orders from our side, we shall notify you about the same via Email, Call or SMS on the details provided by you.
- We outsource delivery to third-party vendors, and once the orders are dispatched from our side, we have zero control over the packages. So for any details about when your order will get delivered or the current status of your order, we request you to check the tracking details.
- If your order has been lost in transit or your tracking says it was delivered and you did not receive it, please email us at care@thebohemianalley.com . We will issue a ticket with the shipping partner to get proof of delivery and further look into the matter. We are fully dependent on the conclusion received by the shipping partner and will keep you in the loop with the same.
- After an order has been delivered to the requested shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Once an order has been placed and dispatched from our side, no changes can be made with respect to the information like name, phone number, address etc. If you wish to make any changes before the dispatch, kindly inform us at care@thebohemianalley.com .
- If the receiver isn’t available at the time of delivery, or the wrong address or phone number is provided, and the parcel gets returned to us, shipping charges shall be applicable depending on the weight of the parcel for attempting the delivery again. The shipping rate will be applicable irrespective of if you have paid for the shipping charges or not on the order, it can be INR 99/- or more depending on the weight of your parcel for which delivery is being reattempted. We will issue a ticket with the shipping partner to get proof of delivery and further look into the matter. We depend fully on the conclusion received by the shipping partner and will keep you in the loop with the same.
- In case the parcel is returned to us and the customer does not wish to reattempt a paid delivery, we shall issue store credit minus the delivery charges for the order which will be valid for 3 months. Please note that we are a small business, and we will not be bearing the loss for the shipping charges if you choose not to accept the parcel or get a paid delivery reattempted.
- Please Note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or PANDEMIC, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
- Though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your goods reach you.
- Lastly, please note that we do not offer COD, only prepaid orders.
